About the Authors
Patrick brings nearly two decades of business and recruiting experience to everything he does — but it was a deeply personal experience that led him to write this book. When members of his own family faced the challenges of incarceration, Patrick felt called to do something about it. He wanted to create a resource unlike anything else available: a comprehensive, practical guide covering every major dimension of life — mind, body, and spirit — that could serve as a true one-stop-shop for readers ready to reclaim their futures.
Pat Sisti originated the idea of this book and was inspired by witnessing the devastation of addiction. His mission is rooted in hope, accountability, and lasting change through his Christian faith. He is the President of Perfect Fit Placement, founded in 1999, and works alongside his son Matthew and business partner Michael Blais. Pat is passionate about helping people rebuild their lives through meaningful work by endeavoring to launch “Hire the Homeless.”
Austin Bechler is a Kansas-born, United States Air Force Veteran, with years of experience following God-given opportunities to obtain breadths of knowledge about “all people.” Through pioneering the Workforce Development Program at the Springfield Rescue Mission, Austin met Patrick.
